some slide film from a spot ago, waiting for rolls and rolls to get developed.
I have so many projects that I'm working on that I'm looking forward to this summer,
I cant help but smile a little.
the fourth image, of the sheet music, has some particular importance.
The love of my life is a musician, a cellist, amongst other things,
but the cello is his primary instrument, having played it for well over a decade.
His nickname for me is his papillon, which is french for butterfly,
something about the way I move, apparently.
Or that I'm always dancing around some field or another.
Anyway, when he plays Fauré's Papillon on his cello, my soul turns into a pool of sweet melancholy.
It is a lovely piece, I could (and may) do an entire series on the meaningfulness of that sonata between the two of us.
